food varietynonexistent internetpoor cleaning
the variety of food available was acceptable food was diverse catering to different tastes.
internet access in my room was nonexistent the hotel's it technician smelled strongly of alcohol when he came to inspect it. the hotel then lied about my complaint to the travel agency i found this very disappointing. the rooms were not cleaned thoroughly i noticed dust and hair in the bathroom that did not belong to me.

The food was good and diverse I guess so there was always something to eat if you don't mind lukewarm temperatures
My room had no internet access I did report it The IT technician showed up smelling like a distillery He assured me it would be fixed but nothing happened

i found the all-inclusive food top-tier daily. the hotel's taxi service was kind and took me to the center many times. they helped book an airport transfer for a cheaper price (i saved some money). the manager was helpful and let me use the facilities on my last day.
